Portable Hardness Testing with UCI & Leeb Technology for Precise Measurements

Built for harsh industrial environments, the Sonodur 3 is IP65-rated and MIL-810G certified for vibration, shock, and drop resistance, ensuring reliability and performance in demanding conditions.
Conforms to industry standards (DIN 50159, ASTM A1038) and supports various hardness scales including Vickers, Rockwell, and Brinell.
The Sonodur 3 operates based on the Leeb rebound method, which is widely used for testing the hardness of metals. The device uses a high-speed impact and measures the rebound velocity of a probe to assess hardness.
A large 5-inch colour display with intuitive touch controls provides clear, easy-to-read measurements. Coupled with a quick-exchange Li-Polymer battery offering over 10 hours of operation, it ensures seamless, uninterrupted use.
