Aerosols

Magnetic Powder Range – Dry Method

Magnetic Powder Range – Wet/Continuous Method

These powders provide excellent visibility of particle indications, ensuring reliable results across various industrial applications. They can be suspended in petroleum-based liquids or water with wetting agents such as ATA Fluid A44 or Wetting Agent A38, and all comply with international standards.

• Magnetic Powder K 35 – Black Magnetic Powder for wet MPI with excellent particle dispersion and mobility.
• Magnetic Powder K 40 – Red Magnetic Powder for wet MPI, offering bright orange fluorescence under UV light.

Available in both oil- and water-based formulations, each liquid is tailored to specific surface conditions and roughness levels, ensuring versatile application across industries. Suspension Vehicles

CGM offers high-quality suspension vehicles designed for wet magnetic particle inspection methods.
