The Labino GX Orion overhead inspection bench lights provide incredible UV illumination in a variety of configurations.  These powerful UV lamps have visible light filters that remove all visible light from the final light emission.  They are perfect for applications which require strict UV illumination of the workpiece.

With the mother unit and slave unit options, the Labino GX Orion lights allow the operator to set up a UV-illumined workbench to the exact specifications which the application requires.  Since these Labino light systems are modular, up to six units can be connected together.  Note: the slave units cannot be used without a mother unit.

The Labino GX Orion system comes with a built-in dimmer function to allow the operator to reduce the light output of the LED bench light by up to 80%.  Dimming can be performed easily from the hand-held remote-control unit.

Orion overhead inspection lights have an expected service life of 30,000 hours.  With thousands of units in operation, being sold in over 50 countries for more than 4 years, there are no known LED failures.

The low energy LED lights require no cooling fans, meaning silent operation; allowing you to give your full concentration to the inspection.

Upon power-up, the units reach full power and illumination immediately, with no warm-up time required.  All GX Orion models have a built-in PLC interface designed to connect to your PLC system.

Product Summary

Labino’s LED overhead inspection lamp, the GX Orion, is the only overhead UV system on the market that is certified with an ingress protection marking of IP68 Waterproof, making it an extremely useful tool for inspection areas with excessive liquids.  The Orion range is a modular system that can be used to cover large areas.  There are three different models to choose from:

GX Orion REMOTE:  Remote controlled with multiple UV intensities and white light, ≈ 1 500 – 7 000 μw/cm2

GX Orion UV & WH:  UV and visible light on/off buttons only, ≈ 7 000 μw/cm2

GX Orion UV:  UV only on/off button, ≈ 4 500 μw/cm2

The GX Series family of products meet the ASTM E3022-15 and ISO 3059-12 standards as well as requirements set by the PRIMES.  The optics used in the GX Series meet the Rolls-Royce RRES 90061 specification.  The beam profile of the UV light from Orion is remarkably homogenous, without any footprints showing from the LEDs, shades, dark spots or other disturbing defects.

All GX Orion models have a built-in PLC interface designed to connect to your PLC system.  You can choose a “mother” or a “slave” GX Orion unit, with or without remote panel, with or without on/off power switches and still be able to monitor the unit completely through your computer via the PLC interface.

All GX Orion series UV lights come with a 3 year warranty.

REMOTE CONTROL OPTION

A remote control allows you to switch on/off the UV and White Light, change the intensity and set up the timer from a distance.

OPERATE VIA A FOOT PEDAL OR A POWER BUTTON

Can be used as an on/off switch for the UV light to activate the last used intensity and the last recorded timer setting.
